The staff were very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The basic amenities in my room were all in good condition and the bed was comfortable. Additionally, the location on the hillside above the village provided a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere.

The hotel we stayed at during New Year's provided incredible views of the lake, creating a relaxing environment. to the scenery, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful while we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast offered a wide range of food choices and we particularly liked the freshly baked croissants and the variety of beverages to choose from.

While the location was convenient, the room furnishings were outdated and did not meet expectations. Finally, the staff at the restaurant lacked patience, although they corrected the problem later.

Nestled high above the city, the hotel boasts stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the lake. Rooms are adequate, though a little bare-bones for the premium price. Bathrooms are small and could use an upgrade. Service is hit or miss, with hard-to-find staff and inconsistent check-in procedures. Breakfast is a highlight, with plenty of variety and a beautiful view of the lake.

No gym or pool on site.

This hotel is superb if you don't mind a hill. It's located on a hillside above a charming village, offering a lovely view of the lake. Plus, it's quiet and serene, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The location is also convenient for exploring Zurich and Rapperswil/Jona.
